No ringtone after update

After i installed the update my phone acts like its on silent and will not ring.  I dont know what else to do but its driving me crazy.  Any ideas what it could be?  Thanks

Hello gcmaldonado. I have read your post and understand your phone is not ringing after you have received the update on your device. You can try doing a battery pull on your device and once powered on dial *228 press send and select option 1 to update. Once this has been done go through your settings and change the volume to your option.
