Phone ringer and media volume not working....
Hi scooterm1969! I'm eager to assist you with the sound issues you are having with your Fascinate. Is this happening with every type of volume, or just when listening to media and the ringer? This phone has the ability for you to set a volume for everything. For example, you mentioned your ringer isn't working for you. When in standby mode, please touch and hold the up button on the left hand side of the phone to see if your volume increases. For other things like messaging and media volume, simply pull up your media, then use the same side button to increase the volume. If you have already tried these things, I have two more steps for you:
