I first want to say I worked for Verizon for 16+ years (9+ years in Rochester , NY) and (7 + years in Tampa FL) the last time I got on a final warning was back in Rochester, NY was in 2009, I then go to a final immediately on 3-30-22 do to I got online a customer account that wasn't authorized but I called the account owner and got authorization but I didn't add the customer as account member and gave customer a number on account instead of a warning or verbal Supervisor was out for me and put me on a Final Written warning. I then in early March get a call that I never do with Verizon is hang p on customer shows I hung up on them with no Sound from me or the customer and since I was already on final I was terminated on 5-24-22,I was loyal to Verizon, I stood up to everything Verizon did and when they let me go I got depress I mention this cause the last 2 month Sept and now Oct I don't know what's going on but Verizon does not care about customer service anymore. I have been hung up on several times transferred to different call dept , I have been given a offered 3 Samsung Ultras for my number 58-455-8834 (green) on 585-455-1131 (Cream) and mtn-813-695-9063 (purple) I was offered this on 9-7-23 I couldn't do it then I wanted to make another current payment on account and then place order I called on 9-29-23 to place order I was told I was eligible for device payment and not one could place order , I then got a hold of Supervisor who made offer on 3-30-23 and then was told can not bill charges to next month bill so I got no new phones and basically take my 16 + years and Leave we dont care and to leave so Im going to see what deals T-Mobile or AT&T has for Good Friday which is once month away and start leaving Verizon.
In regards to getting a customer service rep back I would love to come back to work with verizon at home please contact e in how to keep me with Verizon and if I can get my old job back my number is 585-455-8834. I hope to hear from Verizon soon
