I downloaded the Shop Samsung APP and followed the directions listed in the app, as well as the other "How to order the VIP Kit" thread. However, the app says that I am NOT eligible since I did not purchase through an "approved vendor". I pre ordered my phone through Verizon and I was told at the time I would be eleigible for the VIP kit. Is there another method to qualify/order/register for the VIP kit for Verizon customers?
I would like to know as well as I know i qualify and have my proof of purchase, my preorder email and receipt. Samsung is nothing doing something right here. Hoping Verizon can take care of this situation for your customers that do qualify and perorder a preimer 5G device!
