Not happy with being forced to update our phones

I think if Verizon is going to force you to perform system updates on our phones then may they should test them first, nothing is worse than being force to update and then you lose communication via text right before a hurricane hits us in Florida.  Very dangerous

Yes. I find it amazing how VERIZON refuses to accept accountability as well as having their fingers pointed before a customervis able to explain their concerns and/or issues. Just my thoughts and experiences since porting over the end of April 2021. I wish you all the best in Florida.
