... If the caller leaves a voice mail, it is indicated on my phone and I can retrieve it. I tried setting my phone to LTE/CDMA and calling *920 and *720 to stop forwarding without success.
A power cycle of the phone resolved the issue.
If you have VPN on your phone turn it off. Also if it’s listed under general settings, turn it off there too.
