Samsung S6, Model SM-G920V. Using Samsung Messages app, and a number of Google apps, including gmail. I have modified settings in Notifications, and within Apps Manager.
I deleted many apps, and in the end, I performed a factory reset. It did not fix the issue. I have gone through all settings again. Still nothing.
SCOELL90,
Notifications are definitely important and we want to ensure that you are receiving yours. It's odd that the issue would have persisted after a reset was completed. Just to be certain, does audio work with any other features on the device or no? Also, when resetting the phone, did you ensure that "Automatic Restore", found in Settings and Backup & Reset, was disabled? This is necessary since it will restore any applications or settings that may be resulting in the lack of notifications.
