I absolutely cannot hear the other person when I am on a phone call so I have to put it on speaker. I have the volume at the highest level. How do I fix this?!

tracie4541, Your phone audio is too important to your call experience for you to be forced to use the speaker feature. Let's look into fixing this, right away. Are you using Wi-fi calling when this happens? Does this happen when making/receiving calls in multiple locations? Do you have a Network Extender connected to your Note 8?
