My Samsung Note 8 had a software update this morning and now my bluetooth says its connected to my 2019 Ford Explorer but no sound and during calls says the phone is not responding. Everything worked fine at 8am on my morning commute...upgrade was at 10:45.....

Oh, no. TammyDawn1978, Bluetooth capability is essential to have. Our goal is to make sure your phone is working properly at all times. We can definitely do some troubleshooting to resolve the issue. Let's start by powering off the phone and then restarting it. If this does not help, next you will perform a Reset Network Settings which does not delete any personal content. Once the phone restarts try to connect to Bluetooth again. Follow the steps in the link below to do the reset. Let us know if this helps.
