When will we receive the Note9 Android Pie update? AT&T T-Mobile AND Sprint have already released it to the Note9. That is just sad.

Hi, I've looked at this website and I'm a bit confused since there are a few different firmwares on the website. Did you install the T-Mobile or Sprint file?

The Samsung Galaxy S9 and S9+ received it over a month ago and this is straight up ridiculous, I love my Note 9 and will most likely get the Note 10 but I am not happy with all these delays

I want the dark mode which isn't available without pie. Since the note 9 is a flagship device and newer than than the S9 and S9+ why would they get the update 1st before the note 9. The latest released phone should be updated 1st.

Whats also concerning is no security update since December, so they're working on PIE for the Note 9 but not maintaining the security and updates of existing devices that are not even a year old SMH!

It's a shame VZW is holding its customers updates hostage. T mobile is updating their Note 9s, shame on you Verizon. Paying customers shouldn't have to side load updates because you refuse to provide them. If VZW's answer is that they are still ensuring it is ready, they are incompetent! The lack of communication shows Verizon's disdain that it has for its customers.

Easy enough to just switch back to ATT with the trade in on the Note 9 being $550, going to get the S10+ and move on!

We definitely hear you concern with the wait for the Android OS 9.0 Pie update for the Samsung Galaxy Note9, Thumpers67. There is no reason we would hold back such a great update for the Note9 unless it was neccessary. We are all excited for the update to be available with these devices on the best network in the US. For the most updated page on the updates for the Note9, please check out this page: https://www.verizonwireless.com/support/samsung-galaxy-note9-update/#/.

This is disturbing news to know we're still waiting in the wild (all VZW Note 9 users). I was hopeful when the S9/S9+ received their One UI update, that we'd soon follow. I just read T-Mobile is now on board with releasing the update to their Note 9 customers and join the ranks of AT&T and Sprint. So, what's going on with VZW's ability to expedite One UI for Note 9 and be more informative about the process vs sp mysterious. I'm vicariously living through other Note 9 users who have One UI and attempting to remain hopeful our Note 9s will have an update anyday for Android Pie. Verizon please listen to your Note 9 consumers and provide us with the much anticipated One UI. To be honest, the Note 9 should have received the update before the S9/S9+ especially since it was a newer device model. Remaining loyal and hopeful for this update.

Why can't Samsung do like Apple and refuse to allow Verizon to bugger up their software? So disappointing to have to wait so long for updates!

Even better if Samsung could keep their hands (mostly) off the software too. I don't need duplicate Samsung apps when most of Google's are just fine. I say take stock Android, add S-pen support, and roll it out. Fingers crossed for a Note 10 Google Play Edition. 😂

I just can't believe that a company such as big as Verizon can take so long to issue an update. They claim to be the best but stuff like this shows they are far from it.
