Jjnsgy, I would be just as concerned if my photos displayed a blue box instead of the actual photo thumbnail. We are here to help out. Elements asked some great questions regarding the storage location of your photos. Which one of the two are they saved through?
Since this happened, have your photos displayed back like normal? Are they viewable if you click on the actual image and view the image using a photo app?
