Have a brand new s10+. 5/15, the hot word ok Google or hey Google doesn't ding or ping when I say them.... The app works, just not the sound effect.. Very annoying not having it sound especially on a 1k phone.... I've tried everything to remedy this little stickler of a problem..... Any help!!!!
On my S7 to turn the sound OK Google on or off I go to settings > Accessibility > Security and Privacy, make sure to turn it on.
Gep1225, making sure my device is working properly is key to how I use my device with the Google assistant. I will be more than happy to assist. Please share with me how long have you not heard the ping when using the Google assistant? Also, confirm for me has anything new been done to the device since this first started (software update, new app installed, etc)?
