I have a second line for business and when I log in to be able to view the messages from second line, it tells me that request failed try again, been trying for 2 days. This is a new account. I was able to view on my 1st line but not my second.
I'm sorry to hear you can't view your messages on a business account. I recommend reaching out to a business account representative at 800-922-0204. They can review your accoun t with you. -Joe
