Hello:

 

I just recently purchased the Samsung Fascinate.  The software version on this phone is 2.1.  I heard that a 2.2 version is out.  How do I update my phone with the latest version of the software?

Froyo is available for a few phones but the Fascinate isn't one of it.  No ETA on when Samsung/Verizon will release it.

Froyo is thee base operating system, but the actual UI is touchwiz. Samsung is responsible for the update because they also have to update touchwiz.
