Ordered Verizon Flip 3 through Samsung - Verizon cancelled incorrectly

What a saga!  I have spent over three hours on the phone to find out why Verizon cancelled my Samsung pre-order for a Flip 3.  Yet, Verizon has no idea why it was cancelled and Samsung said Verizon did it.  My email from Samsun has a reason for cancellation that is blank.

Verizon has it pending in their system but cannot do a thing with it unless Samsung releases it.  Problem is, the order is cancelled on Samsung's site.

If they even let me scrap the entire thing, then I lose all promotions for pre-ordering back in August.

No matter which side I call, they are unable to help.  Anyone have a corporate contact?
