Been having issues since the update text messages still say sending data not transfer and from gear 2 neo everything hangs up WiFi slow connection  Battery drains faster

Having the latest update and a fully functional device is important, THODIC81.  With the text messages showing sending, does the other party receive the messages while it says sending?  What data is not transferring between the Gear 2 Neo?  After a major update, it can take several days for the optimization process to complete, so the first few days can experience battery drain.

Yes still have issue was on phone with Verizon they could do nothing, in the end connected me with a samsung rep. still nothing they gave me a number to call, never got thru so just went and got a gear sport replace neo 2. Still have issue where it says sending text messages my party can responded and it still say's sending. After checking  miss calls and checking messages the notifications still shows like I never read message or check numbers " bad update."
