Outbox stuck and "connection error"

I have 4 different email addresses that I use on my Fascinate but for the past 5 days the outbox has been "stuck"  and won't send anything out.  When I scroll down to the bottom of the list there's a bar that says "Send outgoing messages".  Upon tapping that bar either nothing happens or the top of the list a bar comes up saying "connection error".

Any ideas???  Thank you!

If they are POP3 accounts, my phone will do that from time to time. A simple power off and power on fixes my issue. I would start there, maybe then a soft reset by powering down, pull the battery out for about 10 seconds, then put it back in and turn on.

That's where I would start first.

Did that several times. Fed up, I went to k-9 mail, and haven't looked back since.

I've had problems with email ever since I got my phone.  Those solutions don't work.  They need to get a fix for this phone.  I hate it.

It's a 3rd party email client that replaces the stock Mail client on Android.
