Pandora/sirius sleep a few minutes after screen shuts

Pandora and sirius stop working a few minutes after the screen goes to sleep.  I have to keep pressing the power butting and they come back on.  I think this started with a verizon upgrade/download I just got.  is there a setting I can change to stop this?

are you running a task killer or anything that's set to disable things after the screen goes off?
