Panorama picture

Has anyone successfully taken a panorama picture?  I've tried several, but after the last picture is taken, I get a "failed" message. any thoughts?

Works fine here.  I haven't used the full 8 that it takes.  Believe the one below was taken with 3 or 4 images.  You can stop it by hitting the camera key again.

Can this be done with the Samsung Fascinate GalaxyS phone?  I have searched every setting on mine and I don't see a "Panorama" setting.

I have the fascinate as well, i downloaded photaf from the market to do panoramic pics, i couldnt find it on my phone either.

Yes, the Fascinate can take panorama photos. When the camera is on, select the tab on the opposite side of the shutter button. The option on the top is shooting mode , panorama is there on my phone.

TTinPA.....you're right!!!  I thought I'd looked at everything on that tab.  My phone is capable of taking the panorama pictures too!!!
