People can hear me but I can barely hear them

ON my galaxy S8+ incoming volumn starts out good but then slowly drops off until I can not hear

RONOLI53 having volume issues is never a good experience, please give the following steps a try.

Then select the red button that says "Get Started" then select "Audio" then select "Earpiece audio quality not working on a call" and follow those steps. We hope this helps.
