My phone was hacked into and a lot of info was changed.. even a pair of phones were ordered. Not sure if this is only me or Verizon had a data breach and they are not informing anyone. How can someone get to my account, change passwords, forward calls, and order phones . and not even one notification. this is very troubling and discturbing. i would like someone from verizon to give me a call and explain how this happened

This is identity theft. Please make a police report and contact fraud dept.
monthly updates can change many things, i've had my ringtone cheanged several times.
are you the only manager of the phone/s if part of a group?
someone has your cell phone number, perhaps a friend or famly member.
