Phone shuts off/back on with limits

Samsung Fascinate less than 2 months now.  Just started to shut off without notice.  I turn it back on and only get the 4 display lights at bottom to light, all else is black and not functioning.  I have to remove battery and restart.  Please help...

get your phone replaced under warranty. this sounds like hardware failure.
