S21 5G that is paid off, is saying, "sorry your device can't be used on another carrier right now." So we called, and they are saying they can't help us because we switched to ATT and don't have an account with Verizon anymore, they won't even let us pay the bill, like keep your records people. Anyways, can someone help?

When will phone be unlocked? The phone was on a lease and is now paid off, I believe it has been more than 60 days.

I'm trying to unlock my phone. The carrier lock on the phone says "SIM locked; contact your provider." I called Verizon and spoke with 2 representatives, including a technical service rep, and they both told me that, according to their records, my phone is unlocked. But it isn't. Please help. Pat
