So I bought a galaxy s8+ second off of someone that terminated their account and I want to use my current sim card and pre paid plan on it but it says the device is suspended can anyone help me? Because the customer service isn't helping
Probably because they still owed on it. Once they pay off the phone it can be unsuspended. This is why you never by used off people
