Updates are rolled out in waves, not at a set time to all phones.

We're all excited about this new update. Please keep an eye on your software page, in settings, to see when your device is availble for the Pie update.

I received teh Pie update last night and I was a bit excited, hoping the dual SIM/eSIM support would come with it, it doesn't appear to have. I did look over thsi thread from late last year and I'm still waiting: https://community.verizonwireless.com/t5/Samsung-Galaxy-Note/Will-Verizon-support-dual-sim-Note-9/td...

I am glad that you got your update. My Note 9 is still telling me that no update is necessary at this time. It has been three days since Verizon released the update and usually I get updates before Verizon posts the update information to their website. I guess I may have to wait.

I can definitely understand how eager you are to receive the latest up date for your device. We want to make sure you stay in the loop when new software updates are released. Here is a link to our software update page, that you can reference for the future http://spr.ly/6603Eknm3. I would also recommend reaching out to Samsung 800-726-7864
directly to see if they can provide you with any information about when the update will be sent to all devices because the manufacturer is the one who sends this communication to all carriers.
