I am having an issue with very poor communication when speaking to someone. The person on the other line hears me clearly however, I am hearing them partially. It almost sounds like I have a poor signal but am at 4 bars/4G, I also enabled advanced calling without success. Tried changing my mobile network from global to CDMA (as per tech) but still having issues.
Any other suggestions?
AlexB2012, Of course we do. This is not the experience we want you to have with your new phone. Let's continue to check some device settings. Go to settings, backup and reset, and reset network settings.

I had the exact same issue on mine. The solution is to turn off Advanced calling on the phone also call Verizon and have them turn Advanced calling off on their end as well.
