I have an iPhone 12 using 16.6. The last 2 storms we have lost power and I have no service on my phone. Can’t call, text, browse or anything. My zip code is 49525. Cell towers are near. My husband’s Samsung is the same way. This is unsafe. Tornado sirens were going off and I had no way of knowing what or where bad weather was. This has to be fixed or I have to switch companies. People were talking about this on this thread in 2020. Why is it still happening? Yes I turned Wifi off. My service say SOS
