Hello, I am in the process of trying to purchase new Samsung U24 through Samsung website and trade in my current phone to Verizon for $800 Promo Credit.
Has anyone went through this process before? If so, could you explain how the process works?
Once I complete the order, will Verizon recognize my purchase from Samsung and notify me to return my current phone for trade in? Or I need to call the Trade in Department (1-800-922-0204) once my new phone arrives?
I know ordering through Verizon is the easiest but I do want to receive their promotion discounts on watch.
Been a week trying to find out if this process has lot of risk or it is safe to proceed.
