Here is my attempt at fishing for more information, it did not go well all I got was the update will be available in the Upcoming Days. But how should I expect them to know when the update will be available when it is verizon who is holding the update hostage.

Visitor: It also indicates that it has access to media hub but it does not does this mean Samsung is continueing to lead us poor Galaxy S owners on about our now 4 month old update promise

Sinclair : I apologize for the confusion regarding the miscommunication of Android 2.2 release from the Samsung Website. Unfortunately, as of now Android 2.2 is not officially released in US. However, it should be released in upcoming days.
Visitor: Sinclair what part of the world are you from? I only ask because there is a huge cultural divide in the concept of time with regards to theconcept of time. In mexico for example it is customary to run 45 minutes late and in other countries time is of little importance so you can only imagine what "upcoming days" could mean
Visitor: is it the upcoming days of 2010 or the upcoming days of 2011. As I am sure you are aware we have had several release times given from September to October to by the end of 2010 to first quarter of 2011.
Visitor: As a customer that chose your phone over many other smart phones on the market I only hope you can understand my frustration
Visitor: I know that samsung is like an overbearring wife that does not allow you to speak for yourself but is there any clue as to how much longer we will be waiting
Visitor: Is the Canada version of the Fascinate so different from the US version that would explain this delay

Visitor: I am sorry I should have known that Samsung would have the GAG order on. I only hope that during this holiday Season Samsung treats their employees better than their customers
