I just got the Samsung Galaxy S10e and noticed I can't react to messages with a like or love like you see with Motorola users or iPhone. Is this only available for a certain Android version?

Thanks for that information, mg1452. Are you having trouble reacting to the messages when in a group chat, single text message, or both?

I am having the same issue in "messages +" app. Let me know if I'm doing it wrong, or if the s10e is missing this feature. I also just installed the latest software update.

rlswett, being able to use the latest messaging options is s a must. Have you checked the Message+ settings to ensure the reactions are enabled?
Open the Message+ app > Tap the menu icon in the top-right corner of the screen > Tap Settings.

We appreciate the information. Are you having conflict with Android or Apple users?

I notice with Apple users when it's a single message. The group message I'm referring to is a mix of Apple and Android users so when I try to do a reaction in the group it doesn't show because the group is a mix of Android and Apple users.

mg1452, the details are appreciated. As a test, would you be able to start a group message using another messaging app to check if the issue persists? This will identify if the issue is related specifically to the app or software of the device.

Same issue. It's the Verizon message+ app the option is not there. Very annoyed by it! It used to be there, used to work fine. I'm updated to the latest on my device as well as the message app.

I have the same issue with the verizon message app, no reaction options.
Used to have it on my old samsung not on my new s20 FE.
Wondering if it has anything to do with the functionality samsung took out of the phone when they partnered with facebook for video messaging, which is very disappointing. Used to be easy to switch to video chat now u can only do it if the person u r calling has fb messenger. Really dislike my nee samsung and wish I never upgraded. There are a ton of little losses like the text reactions and the limited video chats that is definitely pointing me to a moto or even an iphone for my next device. Oh and I have had my phone just under a year and have a cracked screen. Had my s7 for 4 years and not one crack and I drop things alot. This is just a bad device all around.

Our resources show that all phones have different features and some features included with one phone may not be included with newer phones, and this is normal. The phone in question is a Samsung S9. Where can I find what the factory settings are supposed to be for email server?
