The screen will just go blank has if I restarted the phone most of the time I will have to take the battery out then turn it on. And them it calls people back by itself. That's just a couple of things sometimes I can hear someone but they can't hear me and I got great signal. Then u have the random dropped calls or failed calls.
WHen they swap out the phone, did they have you keep your battery? Are you using the same SIM card as the first phone?
IT just seems odd that several phones have the same problem, there must be a common thread...
