Hello VZW and Samsung,
You've given us an awesome phone but for business people, it has it's limitations. The email client was one... solved with K-9 Mail, but another real stickler is the VPN "lite" client that comes with the phone. It might work to connect to a simple router at home, but for more sophisticated devices like Cisco and even the higher end consumer VPN/Firewall/Routers, it just doesn't work. This is a must have or Fasy will have to go back to the store. 
Anxiously awaiting Froyo's release too...
