Recent Update is Horrible

I recently, without meaning to, updated my phone. Now my phone is acting up bad. Issues are:

• Calls Made = no one hears me

• Call Received = no one hears me, or can’t get through (drops on their end)

• Texts = not being received

• Apps = freeze soon after opening (all, especially photos)

• Incorrect Messages = no more space, when I check there’s still tons of space.

• Reboot = takes 4x longer than expected to reboot, then freezes when you unlock the phone.

• Hot Phone = keeps getting hot and stopping charging 

Anyone else having these same/similar or other issues?

Help Needed:

1. What do I do?

2. How do I get rid of the update to return to my old software?

I have the latest iPhone. And I wad connected to Wifi at the time.

I did manage to find something online that had me try Turning on/off: airplane mode, bluetooth, volume, and phone. In a specific sequence and this has helped some.
