Recent call logs

Continuing to have issues with viewing the recent call logs on all 4 of my lines. Have spent a ridiculous amount of time chatting with Verizon and can't seem to get an answer as to why it's happening and they can't seem to get it fixed. This isn't the first time this has happened.

Nobody has been able to help with this. I continue to get texts saying the issue is taken care of but it's not. So apparently nobody is takin care of the probelm

Good luck getting them to fix the issue. I’ve been trying to get it fixed for over a week and they keep texting me saying it’s resolved.  I don’t think anyone is actually trying to fix it
