Thanks for all your help. It would have been much easier if they provided a user manual so that

I could have figured it out myself.

NOW if we can increase the volume on the phone, I've down loaded a lot of Apps none work for me.

The full manual is available online. It is a way for the companies to save paper by no including it.

the droid x manual was included but it's not much of a help in many things & the one on-line is just bigger print/pics.
