I use TracFone as my provider for my Samsung phone. I can receive texts from code 78402 but cannot reply back. I contacted TracFone, the IT department of the code provider and checked all my settings. I was informed that the problem lies with the network provider, which I thought was AT&T, but after some thought Verizon took over TracFone, so here I am. Unblock code 78402 in the 715 area code.
