Replying to Exchange Emails Strips Headers!!!!!

I have my Samsung Fascinate synchronizing with my corporate Exchange email via ActiveSync.  Seems to work fine.  HOWEVER, when I reply to or forward emails, it completely strips the headers!!!  What gives???

When I forward an email to another person, that person has no idea who the previous email was from since the headers are stripped!

I replied to an email today, the email below shows my reply.  As you can see there are NO HEADERS!  I used to reply from my Blackberry and it would include the following fields:  from, to, cc, date, time.

Please help!!

Here is the update.  Everything went fine. The PC was reimaged, and the mouse was replaced.

Seriously?  No one has this issue? 

Another problem cropped up this week.  None of my POP emails are synching!!  Absolutely FRUSTRATING!!!
