I have a complaint regarding an interaction with a store manager. She works at the store in Paragould Arkansas. She was extremely rude to an elderly person. She then was extremely rude to my wife. I've been a customer with verizon before it was verizon. All the way back to alltell. My contracts are up on both of my lines. My wife stopped in to upgrade. She was treating like she was stupid from an employee or the face of your company. This experience was regretable. Just so you know, I'm probably dropping verizon and going somewhere else after 20 years of loyalty. It's a shame that the face of your company is so rude to your customers. She will continue to help your customers leave.
