I have S10 which i just realized has received no Andriod nor security updates since March, 2020. Samsung support says to contact Verizon, Verizon says it is a Samsung problem but I can fix it by trading it in for a new phone. It seems to me that i should be able to install an update manually. Where do I find information on this?
