I purchased this phone for my husband in July 2020. It was supposed to have a credit. I asked about this when I purchased it and was told it takes a couple of months to show up. It was not on the purchase contract. I trusted customer support. Still no credit. Any ideas? I got dizzy trying to do stuff online with Verizon. Thanks
