We've been in PR for 3 days and only have service at the resort on their wifi. Can't use the internet, maps, etc
My spouse and I both have businesses and we're unable to contact anyone unless we sit here all day. We've spent close to 4 hours on support calls/chats with no positive results. It's beyond frustrating.
