S21 ultra will not connect to the Verizon network

For the past week my s21 ultra has been dropping calls, when i try to call back, the call will not go through. Tonight i noticed that my phone has lost all service and will not connect to the Verizon network. The phone just says network disconnected and use for emergency calls only. What can i do to restore service to my device?

I am having this issue too all of a sudden. My phone randomly losed network connection 2 days ago, emergency calls only, wifi calling not working and telling me I need a SIM card to connect to the network. My SIM card had never been touched prior to this or since. Is Verizon working to fix this issue with these phones and the network??

I know I would share you concern if my device lost connection the same way, Kerbear823. I am here to help. I'd like to learn more about this. What, if anything, changed with your device before this issue started (updates, new apps, etc.)? Can you share the zip code where you're located?
