S22 ULTRA Not receiving text messages

Since an update, I am not receiving some texts as they are sent to me.  I have to restart my phone many times a day, then all the text messages come all at once.  I see here that others are experiencing this too.  What can be done to fix this?? So frustrating as this is a new phone. Verizon--Please help to resolve this issue.  Thank you!

Good luck with Verizon posting steps on here for known issues, as they keep deleting others messages on same known issues. Once they are able to get the customer to answer thru a private message or send them a private message they delete to thread. You are better off calling and getting a ticket started thru a Tier II Tech and asking for it to be escalated. Which you will need to keep up on before you perhaps get a message that states resolved when in actually nothing has changed. Just speaking from experience. Good luck....

The issue with texts not being received was caused by an earlier software update. This was not related to any carrier. Samsung has released a new update on 9/29, so please check your phone for it as updates are distributed in waves - not all at once. You'll know you have the right update afterwards as it states that texting was fixed in the patch notes when you click on more info on your phone.
