S23 ultra not connecting to mobile web after update

I have an S23 Ultra and I can no longer connect to the internet at my job on my phone. It started after the update. I'm paying for a service that I no longer have. I've spent so many hrs on the phone with tech...till 230.am.... 10.5 hrs one day, etc. No one can help me. This is not my fault. It seems to be a verizon / samsung issue. I want out of my contract  or I want the option to return this phone and get one that works with my service. Verizon should not sell phones that don't work with their network. I would really like to get out if this contract because I can't even pay of my phone and have it work on another network. This is unnecceptable. The worst customer service that I have ever seen. Please make this right.
