If you have your data and photos backed up on a cloud storage service, then getting them back onto another device is no issue. Otherwise, you would have to get the screen replaced on the S24+ if that's the only thing wrong with it before anything can be retrieved from the phone. If the phone is destroyed and wasn't backed up elsewhere then you're out of luck.
