S4 external antenna?

Has anybody tried or taken advantage of the external antenna jack located under the back cover of the S4? A verizon sales rep pointed it out to me and said there were antennas available but verizon doesn't have them. A quick internet search revealed unsurprisingly confusing info. Thought I would ask here. Thanks
