My S7 will no longer fast charge. I know it's not the charger because I tried a new charger at Best Buy and it didn't work. Anyone have suggestions?

It could be simply that your phone is getting old. Not being able to take a fast charge could be a sign of the battery aging. The phone was first released 3.5 years ago.
