S7 shows wrong GPS location

hello

I have been having this problem recently with my S7. If i go to google maps or other location based apps it will have me as in SEton Hall NJ when I am actually in vienna VA> I have tried clearing my cache and setting my phone to GPS only but it still persists. Have tried clearing the cache as well and downloading apps to reset the GPS. Only thing i have not tried is factory reset but only as a last resort

ANother thing is if i open maps itll zoom right to NJ but if i press the blue LOCATE ME dot itll zoom back to the correct spot
