Does anyone have memory issue with their Galaxy S9, I have 64GB but can't add apps without having to deleat some others?

Sounds like the memory is full. Check the amount in settings, and if its pretty much full, then a good house cleaning of your not needed files and aps is in order, or install a larger sd card.

you probably have a lot of temp files.
settings/storage/cached data....clear.
