We have a Galaxy S7 and have a 32GB micro SD card installed. When checking the storage available, it shows it is only a 1GB size. I have removed it and re-inserted, but to no avail. How to fix this issue?
Thanks

I did check, and you were right. It was supposed to have a 32GB card, but when I opened the slot, it was only 1GB.... We bought it used, so didn't install it ourselves. What good is a 1GB card???

Try another card. Maybe the card was mislabled and is only 1GB.
